【中国恒大：附属公司委任清盘人 继续停牌】金十数据6月9日讯，中国恒大(03333.HK)公告，继针对CEG Holdings发出清盘令后，香港法院于2025年4月28日委任安迈顾问有限公司的Edward Simon Middleton先生及黄咏诗女士为CEG Holdings的共同及各别清盘人。该委任已于2025年4月28日生效，5月12日公告所述之撤销转让申请将改由CEG清盘人及CEG Holdings清盘人处理。除上述变更外，5月12日公告所载其他资料均维持不变。股份自2024年1月29日星期一上午10时18分起暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。
