RTX 5050确认采用GDDR6，英伟达选择三星和SK海力士作为供应商

数天前有报道称，英伟达正在与合作伙伴讨论GeForce RTX 5050，计划在未来几周内发布，大概率会选择在7月。除了台式机使用的独立显卡，笔记本电脑的版本很大概率也会一同发布。与之前其他GeForce RTX 50系列显卡使用GDDR7不同，这次英伟达将改用GDDR6。
据Benchlife报道，从英伟达的合作伙伴处得到确认，台式机的GeForce RTX 5050将选择搭载GDDR6。英伟达选择的首个显存供应商是三星，随后又增加了SK海力士。与台式机不同的是，笔记本电脑的GeForce RTX 5050仍然采用GDDR7。
规格方面，RTX 5050将搭载Blackwell架构的GB207，PCB设计为PG152-F01 SKU 50，拥有2560个CUDA核心，相比RTX 5060少了三分之一，两者的位宽都是128-bit，显然容量都是8GB。虽然显存从GDDR7降级至GDDR6，速率也将降低，对应的显存带宽减少，不过也意味着成本下降。另外RTX 5050的整卡功耗为130-135W，比RTX 5060要低10-15W。
传闻这一代Blackwell架构共有GB202、GB203、GB205、 GB206和GB207五款芯片，随着RTX 5050的到来，最后一款GB207也将亮相。经过大概半年的时间，英伟达将完成新一代游戏显卡产品线的更新工作。考虑到当年RTX 3060的定价为2499元，而RTX 3050的定价为1899元，预计这一代产品的定价应该也差不多。
