　　高鑫零售（06808）早盘涨超10%，高见2.72港元，创2023年5月至今新高。截至发稿，股价上涨10.12%，报2.72港元，成交额6215.55万港元。

　　5月28日，高鑫零售宣布，即日起，大润发五大营运区变更为四大营运区，即华东区、华南区、华北区与东北区。原“华中大区”被撤销，其所属门店分别划入华东、华南及华北区。此次架构重整，被视为高鑫零售持续推动经营模式变革的其中一环。

　　富瑞发表研报称，在主要股东变更后，高鑫零售正按计划改造其业务，2026财年专注于销售规模和绝对毛利。鉴于宏观环境的不确定性，2026财年的重点是保持稳定趋势，为未来更强劲的增长做准备。华鑫证券则表示，展望后续，公司计划继续推动一店一策改造，精细化运营下盈利能力有望稳步改善。
