智通财经APP获悉，腾讯音乐-SW(01698)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.65%，报71.95港元，成交额2169.5万港元。
消息面上，近日，据韩国金融监督院电子公示系统消息称，韩国娱乐巨头HYBE将于5月30日收盘后，通过场外大宗交易的方式，向腾讯音乐娱乐集团(TME)旗下的香港法人出售其所持全部的SM娱乐(S.M.Entertainment)股份，交易金额约2433亿韩元(约合人民币12.9亿元)。
里昂认为，腾讯音乐在构建超级会员(SVIP)福利方面稳步推进，以及近期与SM娱乐加深的战略合作，增强该行对其进化为中国领先娱乐巨头的信心，扩展至音乐流媒体之外的1000亿元以上娱乐市场。
招商证券表示，公司背靠腾讯，占据在线音乐市场约70%市场份额，内容版权优势稳固，在AIGC等创新技术的赋能下，持续推进会员权益分层化、多元化，未来随着国内用户心智逐渐成熟，有望实现付费率及ARPU值的进一步提升。
