智通财经APP获悉，阜博集团(03738)涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.34%，报3.4港元，成交额3186.47万港元。
消息面上，近日，阜博集团发布公告，合共1.38亿股配售股份已按认购价每股配售股份3.78港元配发及发行予不少于六名承配人，净筹约5.13亿港元，65%用于开发及投资人工智能生成内容相关业务，10%用于偿还计息借款，25%用于一般营运资金用途，以促进集团的经营活动。
招商证券此前指出，公司早年布局AI，凭借多模态大模型提升了审核确权和内容变现效率，与多个高校合作研发AI 领域数字内容确权技术和解决方案;持续推进API 端口与平台对接的合作，推动国内业务增长。该行表示，考虑到公司订阅&增值业务迅速增长，积极拥抱AI逐步提升业务营运效率，首予”强烈推荐”评级。
