智通财经APP获悉，稀土概念股高开，截至发稿，中国稀土(00769)涨7.06%，报0.455港元；金力永磁(06680)涨6.94%，报19.72港元。
消息面上，商务部新闻发言人就中重稀土出口管制措施表示，随着机器人、新能源汽车等行业发展，各国对中重稀土在民用领域的需求量正持续增长。中国作为负责任的大国，充分考虑各国在民用领域的合理需求与关切，依法依规对稀土相关物项出口许可申请进行审查，已依法批准一定数量的合规申请，并将持续加强合规申请的审批工作。中方愿就此进一步加强与相关国家的出口管制沟通对话，促进便利合规贸易。
东莞证券研报指出，2025年以来，国家关税政策的变化以及稀土行业政策的发布，推动稀土产业链关注度提升。从基本面来看，稀土行业供给侧加速改革，需求端人形机器人、低空经济等概念打开稀土新的需求曲线，推动稀土行业景气回升。我国稀土产业具备绝对优势，产量规模及冶炼技术等位于全球领先地位，海外在短时间难以形成替代，未来稀土产业在资源博弈中将继续发挥重要作用。
