中新网6月9日电(宫宏宇)据彭博社报道，Meta正与人工智能初创公司Scale AI进行数十亿美元的投资谈判。有知情人士称，此次融资估值或超100亿美元，有望成为史上规模最大的私企融资事件之一。

彭博社提到，因交易条款尚未最终确定，谈判仍可能存在变数。目前，Scale AI和Meta对此未予回复。

据报道，Scale AI的客户包括微软公司和OpenAI，其通过提供数据标注服务帮助企业训练机器学习模型，已成为生成式AI热潮的主要受益者。在2024年获得Meta和微软参与的一轮融资后，该公司估值达到约140亿美元。Meta则是社交媒体Facebook的母公司。

今年早些时候，彭博社曾报道，Scale AI正就估值250亿美元的收购进行谈判。

彭博社报道指，这或将是Meta有史以来规模最大的外部AI投资，对Meta来说实属罕见举动。此前这家社交媒体巨头主要依靠内部研究及更开放的开发策略来改进AI技术。

不只是Meta，美国科技巨头正纷纷“重金”布局AI发展，如，微软向OpenAI注资逾130亿美元，亚马逊和谷歌母公司Alphabet向竞争对手Anthropic投入数十亿美元。(完)
