6月10日，工商银行在全国银行间市场成功发行商业银行首单浮息绿色金融债券。本次发行是工商银行贯彻落实党中央关于加快多层次债券市场发展的决策部署、助力优化我国市场利率传导机制、做好绿色金融大文章的创新举措。
据介绍，本次债券的发行规模80亿元，期限为3年期，采用每3个月重置利率的定价方式，挂钩基准利率为60日DR007（银行间市场存款类机构以利率债为质押的7天期回购利率）均值，募集资金主要投向基础设施绿色升级、清洁能源等绿色产业项目。本次发行得到市场高度认可，各类型投资机构踊跃参与认购，认购倍数达2.2倍，彰显了工商银行在资本市场的良好形象和市场影响力。
