智通财经APP获悉，花旗发布研报称，目前不确定澳博控股(00880)拟收购金丽华及十六浦赌场之整栋物业或仅博彩区域。截至2025年第一季末，澳博净负债达235亿元(含20亿元股东贷款)，高于行业均值，予目标价1.7港元及“沽售”评级。
澳博控股决定收购凯旋门与十六浦赌场，但不再续营其余七家卫星赌场之，澳门现有11家卫星赌场共雇用5600名本地员工，其中4800人由持牌公司聘用，认为澳博旗下七家停运卫星场的员工占了大部分，若将相关博彩人员调派至澳博直营赌场(并可能吸纳物业主聘用人员)，或使澳博于2023年第二季至2024年第四季承担的“卫星场超额成本”最早自2026年第一季起重现。
