智通财经APP讯，熙康云医院(09686)发布公告，公司自全球发售所得款项净额约5.545亿港元。为提高资金使用效率，合理利用暂时闲置的全球发售所得款项，实现募集资金的保值增值，保障公司股东利益，并考虑到前次决议期限已届满，公司董事会于2025年6月13日决议，在不影响公司正常经营活动的前提下，拟继续将持续闲置一年以上的募集资金适当购买安全性高、流动性好、可随时赎回的理财产品，金额不高于4000万美元(以本公告日期中国人民银行公布的汇率计算，等值约3.14亿港元)，以进行现金管理。该额度在董事会决议之日起12个月内可循环滚动使用。
现金管理所得收益归公司所有，不会实质影响募集资金按招股章程披露的既定用途的正常使用及公司的正常经营。董事会认为，现金管理符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
