Hua Yin International Holdings Limited has issued a profit warning, indicating that it expects to record a significant net loss for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. Based on preliminary assessments of the unaudited consolidated management accounts, the company anticipates a net loss of at least RMB840.0 million, a considerable increase from the RMB193.3 million net loss reported in the previous year. The increased loss is attributed to factors such as the unfavorable macroeconomic environment affecting the Fusong Property Project, debts related to its development, and future funding requirements. Consequently, the company has decided to divest the Fusong Property Project, entering into a disposal agreement for a nominal consideration of RMB1.0. Additionally, a further decrease in the fair value of the company's investment properties, amounting to approximately RMB148.4 million, has also contributed to the anticipated loss. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing with the company's shares. The final financial results are expected to be announced by the end of June 2025.
