汇控(00005.HK) 主席杜嘉祺将于9月30日退任，据《彭博》引述消息人士报道，汇控部分董事会成员对于杜嘉祺离职感到意外，原先以为会有更多时间寻找继任人，上周董事会已在香港召开会议加紧讨论潜在的候选人名单。
据悉，潜在人选包括高盛(GS.US) 副主席Richard Gnodde、高盛亚太区(日本除外)总裁Kevin Sneader、汇控董事会临时主席Brendan Nelson、汇控独立非执行董事James Forese、汇控前首席执行官欧智华以及汇控前保险业务主管Clive Bannister等。
