BlockBeats 消息，6 月 16 日，据《香港文汇报》报道，美股上市公司域塔物流科技控股宣布，正在积极研究相关监管细节，计划在香港稳定币条例生效后，申请稳定币发行牌照。公司计划推出自己的稳定币“RHKD”，同时还计划发行一种数字代币“RBTC”，该代币将锚定比特币作为基础资产。客户可使用港币或美元兑换“RBTC”。
公司表示，已正式启动高达 15 亿美元（约 117.7 亿港元）的比特币收购计划，并将以公司普通股作为支付方式。根据比特币储备策略，集团正计划发行以比特币为锚定资产的数字代币——“RBTC”。公司预计该代币将由 100% 比特币作为储备支持，实现 1:1 的比特币兑换。
