凤凰网科技讯（作者/于雷）6月13日，国家市场监督管理总局最新备案信息显示，北京奔驰汽车有限公司近期启动两项召回计划，涉及车辆总数超过1.37万辆，主要针对电池管理系统缺陷和保险丝盒装配问题。
根据召回编号S2025M0092I的方案，北京奔驰将于9月27日开始召回13447辆国产EQC电动汽车，生产时间跨度从2018年11月30日至2022年9月17日。召回原因集中在电池管理系统软件设计缺陷，该问题可能导致高压电池在极端工况下发生热失控现象，进而引发车辆起火事故。
另一项召回编号S2025M0094V涉及257辆进口S级和EQE车型，生产日期为2023年2月8日至2023年10月10日。问题源于此前召回维修过程中使用了错误规格的保险丝盒，可能造成车辆动力系统故障、约束系统失效以及仪表显示异常等多重安全隐患，同时不排除起火风险。
梅赛德斯-奔驰方面表示，将通过全国授权经销商网络为受影响车辆提供免费检修服务。针对EQC车型，将升级电池管理系统软件；对于S级和EQE车型，将检查并更换错误的保险丝盒组件。
