智通财经APP讯，创新奇智(02121)发布公告，近日，公司与库卡机器人(上海)有限公司(“库卡机器人”)签署合作协议。
根据合作协议，本次合作将依托库卡机器人在工业机器人及智能自动化解决方案领域的领先优势，以及创新奇智在人工智能赋能工业制造的产业经验和先进的工业大模型技术，双方将围绕创新奇智 AInnoGC工业大模型开展融合创新，共同开发由工业大模型驱动的新一代智能工业机器人系统和适用于专业领域的机械臂，并推进标杆项目的落地实施。双方还将在市场拓展、技术交流、渠道互补、品牌活动等多方面开展合作。
董事会认为，智能化工业机器人是实现智能制造的重要路径。公司与库卡机器人在人工智能技术和工业机器人领域各自具有深厚积累，本着“发挥优势、整合资源、强强联合、互利共赢”的原则，本公司与库卡机器人的合作将聚焦于开展人工智能大模型技术与工业机器人的融合创新，携手推动智能工业机器人在制造业场景的应用落地。
库卡机器人是德国库卡公司设在中国的全资子公司，成立于2000年，是世界上顶级工业机器人制造商之一。库卡可以提供负载量从3千克至1000千克的标准工业6轴机器人以及一些特殊应用机器人，机械臂工作半径从635毫米到3,900毫米。库卡机器人广泛应用在仪器仪表、汽车、航天、消费产品、物流、食品、制药、医学、铸造、塑料等工业。
