Pearson agreed to buy online career and elective course provider eDynamic Learning for an undisclosed sum to expand its career-readiness solutions.
The education company said Friday that the acquisition fits the company's strategy, boosting its position in the fast-growing early careers space while expanding its capabilities in career-readiness solutions.
The deal will be funded from existing cash resources and available liquidity, and is expected to occur in the second half of the year, subject to regulatory approvals.
