智通财经APP讯，德莱建业(01546)发布公告，预期集团于本年度取得亏损净额不超过5500万港元，而于截至2024年3月31日止年度则取得溢利净额约830万港元。本年度集团业绩的转变乃主要由于(i)确认应占合营企业亏损;(ii)本年度若干建筑项目整体毛利较低，主要与2022年及2023年获授的项目有关;及(iii)本年度利率上升及新增银行借款导致融资成本增加。此外，由于本年度面对激烈的市场竞争，集团若干项目的利润率下降，以及由于项目工期延长导致员工成本及劳工成本增加。
