格隆汇6月15日｜泰国即饮饮料及即食食品公司IFBH通过港交所上市聆讯，独家保荐人为中信证券。集团旗下旗舰品牌之一为专注于天然健康泰式饮料与食品的“if”，其产品包括在内地和香港均取得业内最大市占率的椰子水。根据IFBH上载的上市文件，集团去年纯利为3331.6万美元，营业额1.58亿美元，毛利率36.7%。

公司此次集资将用于加强仓配能力、品牌建设、巩固于中国的市场地位、拓展澳洲、美洲及东南亚业务、提升产品开发能力，以及在亚洲、北美或澳洲组建策略联盟及进行收购。
