于2025年6月16日(星期一)(即截止日期)下午四时正，要约人已接获要约项下涉及合共1.4万股要约股份(占本公司于本联合公告日期的全部已发行股本约0.008%)的有效接纳。
紧随要约截止后，经计及要约项下涉及1.4万股要约股份的有效接纳，要约人及其一致行动人士于 1.38亿股股份中拥有权益，相当于本公司于本联合公告日期的全部已发行股本约75.008%。
