Odaily星球日报讯 欧洲首家比特币金库公司 The Blockchain Group（ALTBG）完成约 970 万欧元融资，主要投资者包括 Adam Back、TOBAM 和 Ludovic Chechin-Laurans。其中 TOBAM 认购了 600 万欧元可转换债券，转股溢价达 30%；Ludovic Chechin-Laurans 以比特币形式投资 240 万欧元；Adam Back 将其持有的全部第一期债券转换为 1490 万股 ALTBG 股票，并追加认购 210 万股。此次融资预计可为公司增持约 80 枚比特币，总储备量将达 1611 枚。（Bitcoin Magazine）
