智通财经APP讯，阳光纸业(02002)发布公告，于2025年6月16日，世纪阳光(公司一间附属公司)与卖方(王子艾富特)订立股权转让合同，内容有关世纪阳光以人民币8500万元(含税)的代价自卖方收购合营企业(阳光王子(寿光)特种纸有限公司)40%股权。
紧接收购事项前，合营企业作为公司的合营企业入账，其财务业绩未并入集团的财务业绩。于收购事项完成后，集团持有合营企业之股权将由60%增至100%，合营企业将成为公司的全资附属公司，其财务业绩将并入集团的财务业绩，而卖方将不再持有合营企业任何股权。
合营企业的主要业务为于中国制造及销售特种纸，且集团对其长远发展前景抱有信心。董事认为收购事项将为集团提供良机，进一步巩固其于特种纸市场的地位、提升集团竞争力并扩大其业务覆盖面。
