据悉，该公司提交了一份 S-3ASR 注册声明，该声明允许转售与其私募股权投资 (PIPE) 融资相关的 100 多名股东的最多 58,699,760 股股票。市场一度认为该声明表示 PIPE 投资者已经抛售了持股，董事会主席 Joseph Lubin 在 X 平台发文称，市场“误读”了 S-3 文件，该文件只是为潜在转售预先登记股份。是传统金融领域 PIPE 交易后的标准程序，不代表实际抛售。
本月初，该公司通过 PIPE 融资 4.5 亿美元，投资者包括 ConsenSys、Galaxy 和 Pantera Capital 等众多机构，融资资金将用于收购 ETH 作为其储备资产。以太坊联合创始人兼 ConsenSys 首席执行官约瑟夫·鲁宾（Joseph Lubin）也加入了该公司，担任董事会主席。
