Odaily星球日报讯 据官方公告，瑞典上市公司 H100 Group AB 宣布与比特币先驱 Adam Back 签署新一轮投资协议，将通过可转换贷款方式筹集最高 7.5 亿瑞典克朗（约合 7040 万美元），用于其比特币资产配置战略。 根据协议，Adam Back 将以 1.5 亿瑞典克朗承购第六轮融资，后续两轮（第七轮与第八轮）各可达 7500 万瑞典克朗，且具有优先认购与义务认购权。当前第六轮的转股价设定为 6.38 瑞典克朗/股，较 6 月 13 日收盘价溢价 33%。后续轮次转股价分别为 8.48 与 11.27 瑞典克朗/股。 H100 董事会表示，转股定价反映市场情况，选择此融资结构是为快速获取资金并引入价值观一致的战略投资人，以支持公司长期比特币储备策略并规避复杂高成本的传统配股融资流程。
