6月13日金融一线消息，据厦门金融监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，交通银行厦门分行因向关系人发放信用贷款、贷前调查不到位导致贷款资金被挪用被罚款120万元、没收违法所得9266元 。同时，责任人员林德全因贷前调查不到位，被警告并罚款5万元。
