智通财经APP讯，易点云(02416)公布，于2025年6月13日，根据2023年股份计划及更新计划授权限额，公司向146名合资格参与者授出合共576万份购股权及282.14万份股份奖励以认购公司股本中每股面值0.00005美元的普通股，惟须待承授人接纳购股权及股份奖励后及联交所上市委员会批准因根据建议更新计划授权限额项下的股份计划将予授出的股份奖励归属及购股权行使而将予发行的股份上市及买卖后，方可作实。
