智通财经APP获悉，内房股早盘普涨，截至发稿，金辉控股(09993)涨6.91%，报2.63港元；远洋集团(03377)涨3.85%，报0.108港元；富力地产(02777)涨3.06%，报1.01港元。融创中国(01918)涨2.84%，报1.45港元。
消息面上，《广州市提振消费专项行动实施方案（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见。其中提到，有序减少消费限制。优化房地产政策，全面取消限购、限售、限价，降低贷款首付比例和利率。更好满足住房消费需求。此外，国常会提出，要扎实有力推进“好房子”建设，更大力度推动房地产市场止跌回稳。
值得注意的是，6月12日，新城控股母公司新城发展公告称，计划发行高级无抵押美元债券。本次发行的额度预计为3亿美元，最终利率指导价为11.88%。值得注意的是，新城发展此次若能成功发行美元债，将是近三年来首家民营房企重启境外资本市场融资。
