美国家庭资产今年第一季度出现自2023年以来的首次下降，贸易冲突引发的股市抛售令美国家庭承压。

　　美联储周四发布的报告显示，家庭净资产较前一个季度减少1.6万亿美元，至169.3万亿美元，降幅0.9%。美国家庭持股市值减少2.3万亿美元。

　　第一季度，美国股市市值下跌数万亿美元，因为投资者担忧美国总统唐纳德·特朗普推行的贸易保护主义政策可能会打击经济增长和企业盈利前景。不过，此后标普500指数大幅反弹，预示第二季度家庭财富亦将回升。

　　房地产持有价值下降2270亿美元，连续第三个季度下降，反映楼市低迷。

　　美联储报告显示，消费者借贷折年率增长1.9%，为近五年来最低。消费者非按揭贷款的增长为近一年来最弱，而按揭贷款增长亦放缓。

　　企业债务余额折年率增速加快至4.8%，为近三年来最快。公共部门领域，州和地方政府债务回升。联邦债务增速为2021年第三季度以来最低。

　　家庭和非营利组织持有的存款，其中包括储蓄、支票账户和货币市场基金等，增加2%，创纪录新高
