智通财经APP讯，御德国际控股(08048)发布公告，2025年6月9日，本公司收到交易所发出的函件，其中载有以下关于本公司股份(以下简称“股份”)在证券交易所恢复交易的指引(以下简称“恢复交易指引”)，具体内容如下：
(i)对事件进行适当的独立法证调查，公布调查结果，评估事件对本公司业务运营和财务状况的影响，并采取适当的补救措施;
(ii)证明对集团管理层及/或对本公司管理和运营具有重大影响的人员的诚信、能力及/或品格不存在合理的监管疑虑，此类疑虑可能对投资者构成风险并损害市场信心;
(iii)发布创业板上市规则所要求嘅但未有发布嘅财务结果，并处理任何审计修改事项;
(iv) 进行独立的内部控制审查，并证明本公司已建立充分的内部控制和程序，以符合创业板上市规则;
(v)证明本公司符合创业板规则 17.26;
(vi) 重新符合创业板规则第 5.05(1)、5.05A、5.28、5.34 及 5.36A 条;
(vii)及向市场披露所有重大信息，以便本公司股东及其他投资者评估其地位。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
