智通财经APP讯，飞鱼科技(01022)发布公告，于2025年6月13日，集团透过北京佳立客(作为买方)与卖方(“YangJing及杨福岑”)及中介(“北京安信益合房地产经纪有限公司”)就购买物业订立该等协议，代价为人民币5030万元。
据悉，将予收购的物业全部位于北京市朝阳区东三环中路39号，为23号楼B-3001、B-3002、B-3003、B-3004、B-3005及B-3006室(“办公室单位”)及3个停车位。办公室单位及停车位的总楼面面积分别为1770.22平方米及129.53平方米。该等物业仅作非住宅用途。办公室单位现已租出。买方同意按月租金范围为人民币45000元至人民币64463元的现有租约购买办公室单位，直至租约终止。最后一份现有租约将于2025年12月21日终止。
