华音国际控股(00989.HK) 公布,截至2025年3月31日止年度,料将录得母公司拥有人应占净亏损不低于约8.4亿人民币(下同),而去年同期净亏损约1.93亿元。
集团指,尽管白山市的物业项目广泽兰亭二A期于本财年竣工及交付并已确认物业销售,使收入增加约5510万元,但集团预计本财年仍录得净亏损,主要由于开发中物业进一步减值及其他相关资产减值(扣除递延税项后)金额合共为约6.12亿元。
另外,因吉林省白山市周边购物商场及地下购物商铺供应充裕而导致市场租金下降,集团投资物业公允价值进一步减少约1.48亿元,以及由于抚松物业项目准备出售及广泽兰亭2A期住宅项目竣工而相关利息停止资本化,导致集团本财年的财务成本增加。(ss/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
