香港科技园公司正就新田科技城项目，邀请有兴趣发展商及财团递交计划参与意向。地产建设商会安排项目首席顾问世邦魏理仕与商会会员会晤，进一步了解项目详情。世邦魏理仕资深董事徐浩贤曾表示，已透过电邮方式致函30至40间本港主要发展商，包括长实(01113.HK) 、新地(00016.HK) 、信置(00083.HK) 及新世界(00017.HK) 等。财团可按自己意愿提交，例如希望在科技城发展的业务类型，若有意在区内加入可供出售的住宅项目亦可一并提出，但强调科技城地契亦有一定限制。
地建会执委会主席兼会德丰地产主席梁志坚表示，新田科技城项目发展规模庞大，涵盖科技及住宅等发展，并非所有发展商均会参与，即使有兴趣参与，亦可能会合组财团。
恒地(00012.HK) 执行董事黄浩明表示，集团进行研究之后，再决定会否递交意向。新地表示，会研究有关邀请的详细内容，再考虑是否提交意向书。华懋指有兴趣研究该发展项目。(ss/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-06-12 16:25。)
