2025年6月13日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，新汶矿业集团有限责任公司可续期公司债2025年度跟踪评级报告获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于新汶矿业集团有限责任公司（以下简称“新矿集团”或“公司”）很好的煤炭资源禀赋、明显的区位优势以及较强的竞争实力等方面的优势。同时中诚信国际也关注到煤炭价格波动以及补缴国有资产有偿使用费等因素对公司经营及整体信用状况的影响。本次债项信用等级充分考虑了山东能源集团有限公司提供的全额无条件不可撤销的连带责任保证担保对本次债项还本付息的保障作用。
中诚信国际认为，新汶矿业集团有限责任公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
