格隆汇6月16日丨医思健康(02138.HK)公布，截至2025年3月31日止年度，息税折旧及摊销前之盈利(即扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前之盈利)预期约为3亿港元至3.10亿港元(2024财年：3.88亿港元)。
经计及所有一次性及非经常性减值项目后，集团预期录得公司权益持有人应占亏损约1.70亿港元至1.90亿港元(2024财年：亏损1890万港元)，主要原因如下：
(i)集团服务点之商誉、合营企业、联营公司贷款及物业、厂房及设备之非现金减值，预期约为2.00亿港元至2.10亿港元；
(ii)投资物业、其他应收款项及财务资产的若干非现金公平值亏损，预期约为1.10亿港元至1.20亿港元；及
(iii)策略性出售若干医疗资产的出售附属公司收益约2.68亿港元。
就2025财年的收入而言，预期集团于2025财年的收入约为41.00亿港元，而2024财年的收入则为42.11亿港元。
减值亏损是由于2025财年消费意欲整体疲弱的情况下，对所收购资产产生的未来现金流预期作出调整所致。上述减值为一次性非现金开支，并不会对集团的整体营运现金流造成任何影响。董事会认为，由于集团的现金状况预期约为10亿港元，故本集团的整体资产负债表仍然稳健。
