项目最新修改9张价单并作减价推售，户型涵盖一房至两房，售价减幅由47%至60.8%不等。当中5A座19楼F室，实用面积305平方呎，一房间隔。单位原先定价743.2万元，最新售价减至293.3万元，大幅劈价60.5%。
不过，原本的价单曾提供最高19%的折扣优惠，而最新价单已将所有优惠取消，未提供任何折扣。所以扣除折扣后，单位折实售价由601.9万元降至293.3万元，实际减价308.6万元或51.3%。(sl/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
