从科技创新到产业数字化转型，从AIGP(人工智能治理专家)诞生到智能体应用逐渐普及，算力已渗透到生产生活的各个角落，成为衡量国家综合实力的关键指标。近年来，国家多部委密集发文，积极推动算力互联互通建设，构建算力互联网，提升信息基础设施服务水平。在此机遇下，中国电信借助技术优势，在算力互联网领域开展一系列研究与探索，助力行业发展迈向新阶段。

政策、需求“双轮驱动”催生算力互联网

在全球数字经济竞争日益白热化的当下，算力基础设施建设已上升为国家战略。2022年，国家发展改革委等部门联合印发通知，同意在京津冀、长三角、粤港澳大湾区、成渝、内蒙古、贵州、甘肃、宁夏启动建设全国一体化算力网络枢纽节点，并规划了10个国家数据中心集群。构建数据中心、云计算、大数据一体化的新型算力网络体系，有助于引导算力资源向西部有序转移，实现东西部算力资源的互补与协同。
