智通财经APP获悉，皖通高速(00995)早盘涨超4%，高见13.6港元，继续创历史新高。截至发稿，涨4.45%，报13.6港元，成交额1500.58万港元。
消息面上，安徽皖通高速公路近期宣布，公司已完成向关联方安徽省交通控股集团（香港）有限公司增发H股股份的交割事宜。此次交易涉及发行4998.19万股新H股，发行价格为每股10.45港元，募集资金总额达5.22亿港元。东兴证券指出，长期看，降息周期中高速公路板块的得益于其业绩稳定，分红意愿高的特点，在较长一段时间里有望维持强势。
该行认为，今年高速公路板块的配置机会逐渐向港股转移。对比A股的四家A+H高速公路公司，可以看到在同股同权的情况下，A股股价相对H股的溢价都超过50%。此外，4家A+H高速公司年初以来的港股涨幅都明显高于A股。观察过去两年A+H高速公路股的A股对H股溢价率变化情况也可以发现，港股高速公路目前正在经历一个价值发现的过程。23-24年重点公司A股对H股溢价率持续走高，但进入25年后，溢价率有逐渐收窄的趋势。
