【环球网财经综合报道】据路透社报道，Crusoe公司首席执行官Chase Lochmiller表示，这家人工智能数据中心建设商计划从超威半导体公司（Advanced Micro Devices，简称AMD）购买价值约4亿美元的AI芯片，以增加其计算能力组合。

这家云计算初创公司计划在美国建造一个数据中心或集群来容纳AMD的AI芯片，并将其出租给客户，用于构建AI模型和运行应用程序。Crusoe计划购买约1.3万颗MI355X芯片，并采用液体冷却系统。

值得一提的是，Crusoe计划购买的AMD MI355X芯片包含大量高带宽内存，这使得它们非常适合运行人工智能应用程序，也就是所谓的推理。（南木）
