快科技6月13日消息，前几天B站UP主"51972"提到，对AMD RX 9070 XT系列显卡进行横评测试中，发现了一个令人意外的现象：

RX 9070 XT显卡如果配备的是三星显存颗粒，在跑分及部分高分辨率游戏场景中，性能会相较于海力士颗粒低1%-2%。

在其最新发布的22款RX 9070 XT显卡横评测试视频中，结果也证实了这一点，在3D Mark SpeedWay压力测试中，所有排名靠后的显卡，均为三星显存颗粒。

造成这一差异的原因，很可能是三星显存延迟更高导致，51972咨询了AMD中国的FAE团队，并使用了一款名为Microbenchmark的工具来测试显存延迟。

结果显示，在高分辨率场景测试（如Speedway）中，SK海力士显存颗粒的延迟确实略低于三星颗粒，SK海力士颗粒的显卡延迟约为350-360ns，而三星颗粒的显卡延迟则达370-380ns，但不能确定是否还有其他原因。
