6月13日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对广安金财投融资（集团）有限责任公司及“20广安金财债/20广金债”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持广安金财投融资（集团）有限责任公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“20广安金财债/20广金债”信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，广安金财投融资（集团）有限责任公司是广安市重要的基础设施及保障房建设和金融服务主体，主要从事广安市部分区域的基础设施及保障房建设以及广安市内的金融服务业务。广安交通文化旅游投资建设开发集团有限责任公司为公司控股股东，广安市政府国有资产监督管理委员会为公司实际控制人。
东方金诚认为，跟踪期内，广安市经济实力依然很强；公司主营业务仍具有较强的区域专营性，继续得到实际控制人及相关各方的有力支持；天府信用增进对“20广安金财债/20广金债”提供的担保仍具有很强的增信作用。同时，东方金诚关注到，公司资产流动性依然较弱，仍面临较大的资本支出压力和一定的短期偿债压力，资金来源对筹资活动仍有较大依赖。
