6月13日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对芜湖扬子农村商业银行股份有限公司及“23芜湖扬子农商行二级资本债01”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持芜湖扬子农村商业银行股份有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“23芜湖扬子农商行二级资本债01”信用等级为AA-。
资料显示，芜湖扬子农村商业银行股份有限公司为安徽省内一家地方性农村商业银行，营业网点覆盖芜湖市全辖，股权结构较为分散。
评级报告认为，凭借在芜湖市广泛分布的营业网点及与当地城乡居民和企业良好的合作关系，芜湖扬子农商银行存贷款业务规模稳步增长，继续保持较强的区域竞争优势。跟踪期内，该行储蓄存款增势良好，负债稳定性持续增强，投资资产亦增配流动性高的利率债，整体流动性较好；得益于持续的风险排查和较强的不良贷款处置，该行资产质量有所改善。但该行贷款行业及客户集中度较高，在LPR利率持续下调、同业竞争激烈以及让利实体经济等背景下，该行净息差持续收窄，盈利增长空间有限。
