Boustead Singapore (SGX:F9D) is considering selling its logistics and industrial real estate assets to a real estate investment trust to be listed on the Singapore Exchange, according to a Singapore bourse filing on Thursday.
The potential sale is part of a strategic review aimed at unlocking shareholder value.
The company said the review remains exploratory, with no assurance that a transaction will materialize.
Shares of the company were up nearly 6% in recent trading.
