MoneyMax Financial Services (SGX:5WJ) closed its series 14 of digital securities, raising SG$60.3 million in gross proceeds, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The tokens, bearing an interest rate of 4.50% per annum, were issued to accredited investors and institutional investors. They were listed on the ADDX Exchange on June 13.
Shares of the company were down over 3% in recent trading.
