智通财经APP讯，宜明昂科-B(01541)发布公告，公司已于2025年6月16日通知海通资产管理，以现金赎回2亿港元的海通产品，即其当时持有的全部海通产品，估计收益约为510.2万港元(即赎回事项产生的未经审计利息收入)。于赎回事项后，集团将不再持有海通资产管理任何尚未到期理财产品。
此外，于2025年6月16日，公司同意向申万宏源证券(香港)认购金额为2.05亿港元的理财产品(申万产品)。认购事项由集团的内部盈余现金储备提供资金。
