Eden Innovations (ASX:EDE) said the buyer of its industrial property in Georgia, US, exercised an option to extend the inspection period under a $5 million sale contract, according to a June 13 filing with the Australian bourse.
The purchaser, JB2 Partners, extended the inspection period to July 14 from June 13, the filing said.
JB2 Partners will pay a $50,000 extension fee to Chicago Title Insurance Company, which will be applied toward the interest reserve, the filing added.
