智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，6月13日，康诺亚-B(02162)股东将股票由摩根士丹利香港证券转入花旗银行，转仓市值10.02亿港元，占比7.04%。
康诺亚近日宣布，先旧后新配股，配售价每股45.48港元，较6月10日收市价48.65港元折让约6.52%，集资8.64亿港元，净额8.54亿港元，拟用于CM512、CM518D1及其他管线的研发开支;司普奇拜单抗的商业化;制造及研发设施的资本开支;及一般公司及营运资金用途。
