智通财经APP讯，利时集团控股(00526)公布，预期该集团截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得净利润不多于人民币4000万元，而2024年同期净利润约人民币3.251亿元。
董事会认为，有关利润净减少主要乃由于以下理由所致： 于截至2024年3月31日止年度内，该集团因中华人民共和国宁波市地方政府收回土地而取得除税前收益净额约人民币1.312亿元; 集团预期会因集团的投资物业于2025年3月31日进行重估而产生估值亏损增加;及集团预期，金融资产及合约资产会于2025年3月31日产生减值亏损增加。
