Weatherford International plc held its Annual General Meeting on June 11, 2025. Shareholders approved the Fourth Amended and Restated 2019 Equity Incentive Plan, increasing the number of ordinary shares issuable by 1,286,000. The election of six director nominees was also approved. Additionally, shareholders granted the Board of Directors the authority to issue shares and to opt-out of statutory preemption rights under Irish law.
