AbCellera Biologics Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 12, 2025. During the meeting, shareholders approved the election of Carl L. G. Hansen, Ph.D. and Michael Hayden, MBCHB (M.D.), Ph.D. as Class II directors. The appointment of KPMG LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, was also ratified.
