2025年6月13日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，惠州市交通投资集团有限公司2021年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第一期)(品种一)跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论。中诚信国际认为惠州市石化能源新材料和电子信息产业基础较好，区域经济实力持续增强，潜在的支持能力很强。惠州市交通投资集团有限公司（以下简称“惠州交投”或“公司”）定位为市属一级企业并作为惠州市最重要的交通运输行业投资运营主体，统筹惠州市重点交通项目的投融资、建设、运营及管理工作，惠州市“丰”字交通主框架是广东省交通建设试点的重大项目之一，公司区域战略地位和重要性显著；惠州市政府通过资本金注入和政府补贴等方式持续给予公司大力支持，公司资本实力亦不断夯实；此外，公司还布局砂石销售、智慧停车场建设与运营等业务，多元化的业务结构为公司稳健经营提供了支撑。但需要关注公司面临较大的资本支出压力、债务规模增长较快、资产流动性较弱等因素对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，惠州市交通投资集团有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
