智通财经APP讯，思派健康(00314)发布公告，集团附属公司思派(北京)保险经纪有限公司已于近期与Arthur J. Gallagher (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.订立战略合作框架协议。
双方基于在健康险领域资源与能力的互补性，建立战略合作关系，共同开发客户定制化保险解决方案，推动保险产品创新与精准风控。
根据战略合作框架协议，安睿嘉尔拟在中国内地设立附属公司或机构，并取得在中国内地展业所需的资格，而该附属公司或机构将与思派经纪在(i)团体人寿保险及健康保险，及(ii)集团客户自选平台上的团体及个人保险及健康保险产品的再保险业务方面进行合作。
透过潜在合作，双方旨在整合集团的客户资源与安睿嘉尔的产品设计及再保险能力，以提升客户保险服务体验。双方计划合力搭建数据驱动的定制化寿险及健康险产品开发机制，以精准匹配不同客户群体的保障需求，推动产品持续迭代升级并巩固市场领导地位。
双方将就战略合作成立联合工作组。目前建议战略合作框架协议初步为期五年，经双方同意可予延长。
